Bowinn Ma’s own MLA site lists the community office as `50-221 West Esplanade, North Vancouver, BC V7M 3J3` with official contact details. The poster/event page use the building address without the suite number.

At the time checked, the page listed a current recall petition for Vancouver-Quilchena MLA Dallas Brodie, not a current issued recall petition for Bowinn Ma. The Recall Bowinn Ma campaign site describes a proposed/upcoming campaign and says it has an approved recall advertising sponsor registration / registered sponsor under the Recall and Initiative Act.
