## Method and limits

Selected six distinct B.C. public-interest stories from all four requested feeds. Excluded national filler, sports, advertising and generic video programmes. Read full source pages; CBC HTTP retrieval timed out, so the two CBC pages were read successfully in the browser. No paywall was bypassed. No source paragraphs are reproduced here. The JSON contains attribution and original summaries, not full source articles.

This is source-linked summarization, not on-scene reporting. Weather information is explicitly dated to the October 27 report; current warning status is not claimed. Future 911 features are not represented as live. Budget proposals and economists’ opinions are not enacted policy. The fire chief’s response appears alongside union concerns. The pedestrian collision remains under investigation, without an assertion of legal fault.
