Hey everybody. I've got an important announcement to share with all of you. Canada's gun lobby, the Canadian Coalition for Firearm Rights, otherwise known as the CCFR, has launched an unprecedented, first-of-its-kind class action lawsuit against the federal government on behalf of a group we are calling the affected residents of Saskatchewan. This isn't something that we're going to do or something we're thinking about doing. This is a lawsuit that has already been filed. And this action has very serious consequences for the federal government. And it's going to affect you even if you don't live in Saskatchewan. Now, stick with me here. This is going to sound a little complicated because it is. A lot of possible outcomes here, but it's a really big deal. So, let me explain how this works. So, a little while back, the province of Saskatchewan, God bless them, passed legislation to protect owners of private property from prohibition by the government without full and proper compensation. Okay? Like market value compensation, more precisely. If the government uses policy or law or regulation or whatever to diminish or destroy the value of property, they have to pay for it in full. Now, this is the important part. They don't have to confiscate the property to be held liable for it. They just need to destroy the value in it. That's the situation right now that around 800,000 licensed law-abiding gun owners are in. So, more than 60 years ago, the government banned billions in property, destroyed all the value in it. But what's even more interesting is that when it comes to firearms, they also destroyed the value of the magazines and the accessories. In some cases, if you think about .50 caliber rifles, the ammunition. All of it was rendered worthless by the May 1st, 2020 gun bans. This could represent a billion dollars worth of compensation in Saskatchewan alone. Who knows? But think about this. There are just under 1.3 million people in Saskatchewan. Can you imagine if the same legislation is passed and let's say the Yukon territory? Maybe Alberta? Can you imagine if it was passed in Ontario or British Columbia? The real cost of the government's bans could be as high as 10 to 12 billion dollars if you include the administrative costs, and it would take years to get through all of it. Okay, now keep in mind this is what the actual price tag of something like this is. This is what it should actually cost. And this entire journey starts in Saskatchewan. And it started this morning. Now, more details. Who are the affected residents of Saskatchewan? They include everybody in the province who owns any of the firearms banned in 2020, any of the banned variants, right, of those firearms that came after, and potentially anyone who owns handguns because they were rendered worthless by the Liberals' Bill C-21. This could be big. So, how a class action works is everyone who has been affected by these bans, as I just mentioned, are automatically included once a class action is certified as a class action by the court. Right? There's a process there, and the feds will fight this process, but we're ready for them. When and if we achieve certification, no action is required by anybody other than us until this case makes its way through the entire legal process. If the CCFR were to win this case, then everyone in the province of Saskatchewan is automatically entitled to make a claim for whatever it is that they have. And that means everybody. Think about this. If Alberta decides to get on board and passes legislation, the CCFR will be there to represent the affected residents of Alberta. If the If Ontario decides to get on board, the CCFR will be there to represent the affected residents of Ontario, and so on. Now, this is important. There are a few ways that the feds can wiggle out from underneath all this, but none of them are easy. None of them are simple. None of them are clean. There's no clean solution for them. But as I said, there There's a lot of moving parts here, a lot of different outcomes. It is complicated. I'm not going to explain everything in this video. It's going to take too long, but I just wanted to let you know that this is happening. It's already begun. And I I'd really like you to spend a couple minutes thinking about where all this is going. Think about the effect that this is going to have on firearm prohibition in Canada. Think about all the possible alternatives that the government will be forced to consider to just to try to get out of all this. But the bottom line is this. Everything the Liberals have done on this file is morally wrong and cynical and political and vindictive. And they did it all while turning a blind eye to the crime and the chaos and the violence that they themselves created for Canadians over the last 11 years. What could the federal government have done for public safety in Canada for 8 to 10 billion dollars? What could they have done for the billion dollars that they've already wasted on all this? The Liberals, and don't forget with the help of the NDP, they did all of this to Canada. And at the same time, they counted on They count on us just lying down and doing nothing about it. Well, they were wrong. Gun owners have always wanted a powerful lobby group to do things like this, to represent their interests on a national level. Well, here's the good news. The CCFR has arrived at the Supreme Court of Canada for the first time in history. Which forced an extension to the amnesty. Something the liberals swore they would never do. And this morning we launched a class action lawsuit against the government unprecedented. Also, I will also have another announcement for you in a couple of days. All this and even more. All this in the last 6 months. The last 6 months, man. What I'm trying to do right now is convince you that you are not helpless. That there's still a lot that we can do. We just have to make the make the decision to crank it up on these people. The CCFR has taken it to the government like no one else or in our community ever has. And we will do everything that can possibly be done to resist what these people are doing to us because what they're doing is wrong. And I'll leave you with this. The only reason aside from Saskatchewan passing that legislation that we've gotten this far is because of the support of a handful of gun owners across the country. A handful. Like we get help from less than 1% of licensed gun owners in Canada. We need more people to step up and help so that we can continue to do what we're doing because there is more coming. If you're a gun owner and you're angry about how you're being treated, support Canada's gun lobby. It's your lobby organization. It's the CCFR. And if we're capable of doing what I just described with less than 1% of gun owners in Canada supporting us, can you imagine what we could do if 5% became members? For what? 40 bucks a year? That's less than 80 cents a week, man. I'm going to wrap it up here. But stay tuned to the CCFR's television show or the CCFR radio podcast and all the on YouTube and all the video platforms.
