The Instagram Reel itself did not show a lower-third or name label for the blonde woman in the R-CALF-branded footage. A browser-visible YouTube source capture for the query `Eva Vlaardingerbroek R-CALF 2030 farmers` showed R-CALF USA results including `Hear Eva live at #rcalfconvention` and the keynote `The Global War on Farming: Control the Food, Control the People`, with chapters including `Who am I`, `Dutch Farmers`, `Nitrogen Crisis`, and `The 2030 Agenda`. NewsForBC therefore identifies the underlying R-CALF speaker as Eva Vlaardingerbroek, while noting the Instagram repost itself did not name her onscreen.

## Editorial distinction

The Reel is about UN Agenda 2030 / Sustainable Development Goals and farmer-control claims. It is not an UNDRIP video. This feature connects the viral UN/land-rights fear to B.C.'s actual UNDRIP/DRIPA record and separates the two.
