[0000.00 --> 0005.04] If you thought the Cowwich and Nation claiming traditional territory on prime [0005.04 --> 0009.84] Richmond real estate was bad, just wait until you see what they're doing now. [0009.84 --> 0014.72] If Richmond was the warning shot, this is the full invasion. [0014.72 --> 0019.52] While you're out there grinding, paying taxes, and trying to keep a roof over your head, [0019.52 --> 0026.08] an internal BC document has revealed David Eby's NDP government is quietly locking in [0026.08 --> 0030.48] the biggest public land giveaway in modern Canadian history. [0030.48 --> 0034.48] And I'm not talking about some remote bush somewhere up north. [0034.48 --> 0041.60] I'm talking about iconic landmarks and prime downtown real estate in the capital city itself. [0041.60 --> 0047.60] These commitments already total more than 334,000 acres. [0047.60 --> 0051.76] That's nearly 12 times the size of the city of Vancouver, [0051.76 --> 0058.24] 335 times Stanley Park, and almost half of all of Metro Vancouver, [0058.24 --> 0063.52] being earmarked as treaty lands and handed to First Nations Control. [0063.52 --> 0070.16] When you add in the other deals still being negotiated, we could be looking at 9.6 million [0070.16 --> 0077.76] hectares. That's 10% of the entire province. That's the size of Portugal or South Korea. [0077.76 --> 0084.72] And the government's own consultation paper admits public access could be limited or even cut [0084.72 --> 0091.12] off entirely. The land transfers may take some getting used to as they cover public lands that [0091.12 --> 0097.04] could end up sealed off from public access. Once those lands become treaty lands, [0097.04 --> 0103.52] there may be limited access or even no access for public use. They're turning your parks, [0103.52 --> 0110.88] your waterfront, your historic sites into private fiefdoms, and they expect you to just [0111.52 --> 0115.12] get used to it. And they're not even hiding the crown jewels, [0115.12 --> 0121.68] Hattley Castle. Yes, the 1908 Dunsmeera State, the place that once stood ready as a possible [0121.68 --> 0128.64] wartime home for the British royal family, is part of the nearly 2,000 hectare package wrapped around [0129.28 --> 0135.60] it, hand it over as fee simple land to the Song-ease Nation. That's about 600 people, [0135.60 --> 0141.28] and it doesn't stop at the castle. Two parcels right in downtown Victoria are also listed, [0141.28 --> 0148.00] a parking lot across from the BC Parliament buildings assessed at $24.8 million, [0148.00 --> 0154.56] and a nearby waterfront parking lot valued at $22.3 million, both headed to the same [0154.56 --> 0159.52] Song-ease Nations as treaty lands. Those could be turned into whatever they want, [0160.32 --> 0167.28] skyscrapers, gated compounds, you name it, with zero city council oversight, because once these [0167.28 --> 0174.88] become treaty lands, local government bylaws do not apply. So at the exact moment that court [0174.88 --> 0180.48] rulings are already throwing private property into chaos, with aboriginal title claims that can [0180.48 --> 0187.76] override fee simple ownership, the NDP is voluntarily surrendering massive chunks of public [0187.76 --> 0195.04] crown land. Land paid for and maintained by every taxpayer, into treaty territory that the [0195.04 --> 0201.68] rest of us lose democratic control over, with no public say and no more access guarantees. [0201.68 --> 0209.52] This is being sold as reconciliation and returning lands, but what's really happening here [0209.52 --> 0215.04] is a stealth transfer of control over the commons, while the public is left out of the loop. [0215.04 --> 0220.80] They're hoping you'll just scroll past this, they're hoping that you'll accept it as progress. [0220.80 --> 0225.36] They're hoping you won't connect the dots between the public account numbers, [0225.36 --> 0231.76] the Hattley Castle giveaway, the downtown Victoria parking lots, and the much larger map [0231.76 --> 0236.88] of what's still coming. Everyday British Columbians are being told to sit down, shut up, [0237.52 --> 0244.48] and just watch their province shrink. So, what do we do? Well first, spread this information far [0244.48 --> 0250.16] and wide. Share this video with everyone you know, even if you're not in BC, because this is [0250.16 --> 0255.52] and will be a Canada wide issue. And in fact, it's the beginning of a global scheme, [0255.52 --> 0261.20] directed under UNDRIP, the United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples. [0261.20 --> 0266.48] Also, tell people that this was never just about addressing historical claims. [0266.48 --> 0272.00] It's about a narrative that justifies massive transfers of public wealth and control, [0272.00 --> 0278.72] with limited transparency and no real discussions of long-term consequences for the rest of the province. [0278.72 --> 0286.00] This isn't reconciliation. This is a systemic transfer of public assets, your parks, your landmarks, [0286.00 --> 0292.80] your downtown real estate, and your hydropotential, into a parallel system exempt from the rules [0292.88 --> 0298.32] that the rest of us have to live under. It's the indigenous grievance industry operating at full [0298.32 --> 0304.24] throttle, using modern treaties and UNDRIP as the delivery vehicle. The government has been [0304.24 --> 0311.36] negotiating some of these deals since the 1990s. Now, they're on the books as contingent liabilities. [0311.36 --> 0317.68] The costs keep growing. The land keeps shrinking, and ordinary British Columbians are treated as if [0317.68 --> 0323.12] they don't even exist in the equation. How do two exclusive owners share the same land? [0323.12 --> 0328.64] The answer is they don't. One side is being handed title control. While the other side, [0329.20 --> 0336.32] the taxpayers who built and maintained this land gets to watch. If Richmond was the warning shot, [0336.32 --> 0343.60] Hattley Castle and the heart of Victoria are proof that nothing is off limits. This is a [0343.60 --> 0350.88] shakedown, folks, and the clock is already ticking. So once again, please share this video because [0350.88 --> 0357.36] we deserve the full picture, not more quiet transfers of land that belongs to all of us. Be sure to [0357.36 --> 0361.60] click that like button and leave a comment. It really does help with the algorithms that are [0361.60 --> 0366.48] designed to stop this information from being seen. And if you would like to protect your wealth [0366.48 --> 0372.88] with precious metals, please visit pressfortruth.ca slash gold and book a call today. Get out of the [0372.88 --> 0378.00] dollar before they pull the rug and learn how to protect your wealth in these uncertain times. [0378.00 --> 0383.28] So that's all for today, guys. Thank you so much for watching. And as always, stay vigilant. [0383.28 --> 0388.00] Keep fighting the good fight and stay tuned.
