The CTA has the following incorporated purposes: To create testimony and other information on Covid-19 issues. To publish testimony and other information on Covid-19 issues. To educate on Covid-19 issues. Working within the parameters of the Allison Inquiry Terms of Reference and Rules, the CTA will assist with: finding and vetting witnesses; arranging for witness travel; managing the recording and broadcast of the Inquiry; managing the website and promotion of the Inquiry; publishing the Inquiry proceedings, and fund-raising to cover the costs of the Inquiry.
