NOTICE OF RATIFICATION VOTE  
IMPACT BENEFIT AGREEMENT FOR ESKAY CREEK REVITALIZATION PROJECT  
Members of the Tahltan Central Government are invited to participate in a ratification vote 
for the proposed Impact Benefit Agreement (IBA) concerning the Eskay Creek Revitalization 
Project.  
KEY DETAILS  
• What:  Ratification Vote on the Eskay Creek Revitalization Project I BA 
• Who is Eligible to Vote:  All full adult members  (18+) of the Tahltan Central Government 
(TCG). 
• When:  The remote voting period will be from 9:00 AM on October 8th  to 5:00 PM on 
October 9th.  
HOW TO VOTE  
The vote will be conducted remotely using the secure Intelivote service, which is the same 
platform used for TCG elections.  
• Voter Package:  An individualized voter package, including a unique voting PIN, will be 
mailed to all eligible members in advance of the vote. This package will contain detailed 
instructions on the voting process.

1. Verify Membership and Update Contact Information  To ensure you receive your voter 
package, please verify your membership and update your mailing address and contact

2. Get informed before you vote Get to know the project, learn about the IBA and understand 
the Tahltan Environmental Assessment by visiting  ESKAYIBA.TAHLTAN.ORG   Additionally, 
we will visit our three communities and the five largest Tahltan -populated locations in BC to 
engage, inform, and gather feedback. A virtual participation option will be available to ensure 
all Tahltans can take part in this process.
