 IBA REVIEW INFORMATION SHEET IBA Review: To facilitate TCG members reviewing the full draft of the Eskay Creek Revitalization Project Impact and Benefit Agreement (the “IBA”), the TCG has arranged for the following offices to host a hard copy of the IBA:  1. If you wish to review the IBA, please contact the applicable firm to schedule a time. You will be asked to provide your name to confirm that you are a registered TCG member.  2. When you arrive for your appointment, you will be asked to provide photo identification, fill out a sign in sheet, and sign a one-page Confidentiality Acknowledgement.  3. Prior to reviewing the IBA, you will also be asked to leave your phone and any other recording devices at the front desk of the applicable office. You may bring a pen and paper to keep notes during your review. 4. You will then be provided a copy of the IBA to review in a semi-private area of the office. You may review the IBA for as long as you like, within applicable business hours.
