## Evidence cautions
- The screenshot does not prove B.C. is transferring 11% of the province. The 11% figure is the stated size of Tahltan Territory/traditional territory/right-title claim area, not a completed land transfer.
- The “transfer of agreed-to lands” phrase is real in the Shared Prosperity Agreement, but it is future/negotiated language and must not be equated to all 95,933 km².
- “Greed,” “bribery,” “rigged vote,” or criminal-style allegations should not be stated as fact. Publishable wording: `timing raised concern`, `members alleged inducement`, `payment-vote optics`, `governance/transparency questions`, `TCG said payment responded to member feedback`.
- Population/on-reserve counts do not decide Aboriginal title, treaty rights, consultation duties, or consent-based decision-making rights.
