Central Okanagan Crime Stoppers is asking for the public’s help to find Navjot Singh Khaira, 28, who is wanted on a province-wide warrant in British Columbia. [1] [2]
According to Crime Stoppers, the warrant has been in effect since Oct. 13, 2026, and Khaira is wanted for uttering threats and assault. The case is RCMP file 2026-17419. [1] [2]

Crime Stoppers describes Khaira as 28 years old, 5 feet 11 inches tall and 159 pounds, with black hair and black eyes. [1] [2]

What the official listing does and doesn’t say
A social media post shared widely this week called this a “province-wide manhunt” for “violent assault” but did not name the province or the police agency. The official Crime Stoppers listing names the Central Okanagan, lists the charges as assault and uttering threats, and cites an RCMP file number. It does not say where Khaira is believed to be.
